The Financial Secretary-elect of the All Progressives Congress, APC Kwara Chapter, Hon Abdulganiy Tola Kure has commended Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for nominating Hon Ibrahim Akaje as a cabinet member of his administration.

Hon Kure in a statement he personally signed in Ilorin the state capital described the nomination of Hon Akaje as one that further confirms and affirms Gov AbdulRazaq's trust in the capacity and ability of youth to deliver for his administration.

"The appointment of my good old friend and brother, Hon Ibrahim Akaje by the working Governor, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq is a confirmation that he is truly a youth-friendly governor and his believe in the capacity of youth to deliver especially given that the nominee is a goal getter, highly intelligent, resourceful and loved by people across the divide"

"One thing is certain by this appointment, the Governor is writing his name in the book of history by this unprecedented engagement and involvement of youth constituency in his administration and by the time he finishes in six years time (Insha Allah) a new Kwara would have been delivered (many of his landmark projects that put Kwara on the world map would have been completed and delivered)"

"I want to assure my amiable and charismatic Governor that if leopard doesn't change its skin, Hon Akaje that I know for more than two decades now, would be an asset to this Government considering his wide experience at the grassroots and national politics the recent being his chairmanship of the Appeal Committee of our party in Lagos state".

The Kwara APC State Financial Secretary-elect concluded by urging kwarans to continue to support Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq in his quest and ambition to make Kwara a better place for all.
