“highly motivated and determined individual.”
Vera Mekuli, 26, who joined the force in February, was caught on camera crushing on top of 44th Precinct Lt. Nick McGarry in the Yonkers bar last Thursday.
Prio to joining the NYPD ranks, Mekuli worked as a real estate agent in the Big Apple, the Daily Mail reported.
