After going through this data science/machine learning training how do we go about getting work experience because it seems difficult getting jobs as a beginner data scientist/ML engineer with no experience compared to how we have more software jobs here in Nigeria.. what can be done to help learners get the needed work experience to get into the field..

Data Science opportunities are rare in Nigeria, if not non-existent.

Try and see if you can apply for some M.Sc scholarships abroad or consider a complete switch.
