So today I was trying to download a file of 3 gig and I decided to sub for airtel binge data plan of 1500 for 6 gig which is supposed to expire after 7 days. Even got extra 1 gig bonus to use making it about 7 gig.

At 12:33 pm I did the binge sub and after using about 1.5 gig from the data, I got a message that I'm having 500mb left, thought it was a joke at first, so I decided to check my balance, lo and behold, I didn't see what's left of my 6 gig data not to talk of the bonuses..
I called customer care to complain about my experience but after wasting my time for some minutes, the attendant told me he can't fix me up cos the app he's supposed to use is not working at the moment... Heard this lame excuse several times I just gave up and ended the call..

Even if 2 gig of the data is for YouTube, I expected to be able to use 4 gig but shit stopped at 1.5gig.. Was pained so much cos I could have gotten 7. 5 gig from MTN with the same amount but due to connectivity speed at my end I decided to opt for airtel and regretted it.. Airtel is shit

I hate Airtel ..

OP you seem confused here, as your Data balance on binge is still showing 6gig. Your binge is the main thing you subscribed for, any other stuff you seeing there is just data compensation

Ported to MTN for data after Airtel scammed me of my money and couldn't resolve the issue even after I contacted their customer service severally. I actually discovered I was missing a better deal

Any data you are awarded is actually half of the balance you are seeing
Ie 1gb is actually 500mb or less

I subscribe 20GB for 3k from airtel, and I regret it. The network is slow as Bleep even the 4GB YouTube night them give me for free I've not used it, I made a mistake, I should have subscribed for mtn

Same thing with MTN their Night plan is <= 300MB and not 500MB.

Also GLO data quickly finish up nowadays. They are all criminals.

I do airtel 3k for 20gig that's 10gb for bonus and 10gb for normal plan, they will start charging from your main account first leaving the bonus cos once expired, no roll over... Had a balance of 15gb, I used mostly glo for my browsing and other stuffs before you know it, I saw a balance of 1.9bg left Airtel na tiffs... Now I have accumulated 40gb of bonus from my subs.

Mtn do charge from my bonus first but their speeds are nothing to write home about.
