NEMA has been leaving to it expectations prior it movement to ministry of humanitarian...it is sad and shameful that the minister incharge cannot keep the agency in check. PYO did a very good job when he was chairing the committee, man really clean up and ensure everything is accounted for while checkmating the affairs of the agency with regard to discharging it responsibility.

One thing I will always thank him for is when he bypass NASS to safe thausands of lives in the north east IDP camps because they had no water to drink, food to eat, medicine etc . Dealt with the contractors that would supply the stuffs in the presence of NEMA top board, CBN gov, minister of finance etc...they made the supply to the camp with military convoy. This is leadership and cartering for the people
