Create More Business Friendly Environment for investors, Nisah Palace CEO to Govt.

Hajiya Ummi Ahmed is the Founder/CEO of an Abuja based Nisah Palace, One-Stop-Shop for Vitamin Supplements in Nigeria . In this Interview with select group of Journalists at her Abuja branch , she speaks on the journey so far in market of Vitamin Supplements business ; how she has been able to maintain standard, despite the harsh Economy in 2021 and why she places high priority on Customers/clients.

In the year 2021,you opened a new branch in Kaduna. How far ,how well?


2021 was a good one for us at Nisah Palace. Alhamdulillah everything went well and I appreciate Allah for His mercies . I am very grateful that God spared our lives during the year , especially members of our hardworking management team. At this point, we cannot but, appreciate Allah for providing the resources to open a new and befitting branch for our dear customers and clients in Kaduna, which has greatly eased the cost of reach and transportation .We give Allah the praise for allowing us to see the year 2022 in good health .

We therefore use this medium to say thank you to our Customers for the overwhelming patronage and wish them a wonderful year ahead. I remain grateful to all the supportive members of my family and our well wishes for the great inspiration and encouragement. May Allah grant them all their heart desires . However,one thing is certain this 2022, we are promising improved service delivery .

2021 was a bumper year for your customers as you provided the best and Original Products .What do you have in store for them this new year ?

We are assuring them of more Quality Products that will help improve their health status. Our priority at Nisah Palace is Customers Satisfaction first,before anything.In fact ,we are lunching more of our personal Products to meet the health demands and needs of our great Customers .As we speak , Lots of our Products are with NAFDAC awaiting approval .In short, the world is pregnant of us. We are ready and prepared to serve them better .

Why do you think Nisah Palace is a brand people should look out for ?

Nisah Palace is place where premium is placed on Originality. We sell only genuine and Original Products.We get our Products direct from manufacturers.Money is not the issue for us. We care more and are interested about the health of our customers .It is true an entrepreneur opens a business for the purpose of profit making ,but this is not our priority at Nisah Palace ,we came into the Vitamin Supplements business with a goal to " Make Life more meaningful and Healthier for People" as well as make our Customers get the results they desire to acquire using our Products . Please take time out to meet and speak with all the customers that have purchased Products from Nisah Palace ,you will discover that the testimonials are same , "Customers' Satisfaction " is the slogan .And we intend to maintain this status.

How have been able to sustain standard in the face of the harsh Economy?

It is true that the Economy is harsh for business in Nigeria now ;but we came into the business to serve the people and provide a One-Stop-Shop for Original Vitamin Supplements in Nigeria.This feat we have achieved and hopefully will remain number in the market.We didn't see the Dollar exchange rate as a challenge,we still maintain our prices.

We are appealing to Government at levels to create a more business friendly environment for investors , especially the private investors .It only through this that employment can be generated for our teeming unemployed Nigerians.There is need to work on custom and NAFDAC charges .Our Products are FDA certified .Any Product that is FDA certified is a good product, especially if it is drugs .
