Not at all..... if I am a proprietor of a school... But if I own other business, I wouldn't have issues with that. The students will definitely see their teachers out there and would want to do what they do. If a male teacher smokes and he's a chain smoker, he will indirectly influence the students into smoking. Teachers are builders and not destroyers... If I own an estate and my female employee is a pr0stitute, I wouldn't care.... she will drag those men into buying my properties. Isn't it what banks do? Does she answer her clients' calls in class? Do different cars come to pick her from school or drop her at school? Does she chew gum in class? Does she carry out any act that could morally corrupt the children she's teaching? If the answer is no, then why sack her? What business do you have with her private life if her attitude to work is impeccable? This is talking about school o. School for minors. Vinnie2000: Being skilled and being efficient are quite different if you ask me. You can be very skilled but lack consistency and dependability (which can be expected of someone who is morally bankrupt). Scandals happen every day and no serious business partner will seize doing business with you because one of your staff was involved in scandal and you quickly dissociate yourself and the company's values from such act. You will only have troubles when you continue to have such staff under your employ. Or when it is discovered that it was the company that sent such a person on such scandalous act. OfficialAwol: It's very easy to assume. But a bad name is still a bad name. That's why most companies have to sack the person involved. Didn't you hear of a guy who posted racist comments on twitter about black English players after the Euros. His LinkedIn profile was found so also was the company he worked for. Many of the company's clients began threatening to stop doing business with said company. This made them announced the immediate termination of his employment. In a sane country, your employees actions are an extensions of the values you promote. Thats why Mancity fired Mendy after his rape stuff. And why Pep was angry at Foden. Look at Aubameyang and Arsenal stuff. If an employee shows poor moral standards. They should be punished to reassure the public that the company doesn't share those views. Stuff like this will give you a bad name especially if you do nothing about it. Like is that not the school that employs hookers. Who will want to send their kids to schools like that. Even all those schools with scandals last year. Like the one that cultist students beat that boy and he later died. Do you think parents who planned on enrolling their kids there will still go ahead. Or even those already enrolled might be withdrawn by their parents. But people tend to move on quickly so with a little bit of good PR and sacking the person. Please I need your advice, I have been dating my girlfriend for 3yrs now, the first year of the relationship was cool, but the second year was a piece of living hell, no peace,I'm always sad, I'm the one always investing in the relationship, care about her.. I even bought her 6 phones under a year,but she wouldn't appreciate all my efforts towards her, whenever she comes to my house she don't even cook nor even wash my clothes, she rather prefer us going to the eatery to get food... Last year I followed her to write her exam in Enugu state, I was there for her, supported her,help her process her admission but what I always get from her was insult,she always insult's me anyhow in the present of my friends calling me names, whenever I have money we are cool,but when there isn't money,she always gives me the insult of my life.. I went through the phone I got for her and I saw a message for her thanking a guy in the same school that the guy his her God, if not for the guy she won't be given an admission,and this guy in question was the guy I paid to facilitate her admission.. I scold my girlfriend regarding this issue and she gave me the insult of my life, that she will dumb me for another man. Because I asked her why will the guy be calling her my dear and why will the guy tell her he can't wait to see her. Since we have been dating she don't even care about my existence, how I live, nothing at all, but she always call me whenever she needs my help... whenever I tried to discuss this with her,she will give me the insult of my life..
