If he wants to speak his mind all the time he should go get a job as an AOP. He is a professional and should act as one. Most organization have media policy in my organization we are being reminded of guidelines and policy regarding speaking to media and even social media posts. He earns millions of dollars yearly and the least he could have done is to knock on d manager's door and have a one on one discussion. He should be given the Aubemeyang treatment or shipped to China.
