pls i want to know if its ok to wash womanliness with detol soap. Or is there any good and safe soap to wash the place with?

what has skin color got to do wit keeping tat place clean? Am asking for a soap to sanitize the place not to tone it o!

please i need advice, i gave birth to my second baby through CS because of fibroid, the fibroid was blocking the birth canal, but before and during pregnancy, i did not experience any serious hitches, but after delivery i keep having discharges that refuses to go, its not blood discharge but watery and brownish, not smelling, everyday, i used all sort of drugs without success until i went to surgically remove the fibroid 7months after delivery; the discharge stopped and i became normal again, the baby is 3yrs now@ am fearful to get pregnant again, my fear is that the discharge problem could occur again because i went for a scan and the result is that i still have fibroid though not as big as the one that was removed, PLEASE ADVICE ME GOOD PEOPLE
