Role: Contact Center Agent
Location: Mainland
Pay: N60,000

Responsibilities
• Attend to inbound and outbound calls
• Real-time customer engagement via WhatsApp, Live chat etc.
• Complaint management and follow up
• Inter-departmental engagement on issues handling and resolution
• Application of quality measures in customer engagement
• Documentation of customers’ feedback
• Daily, weekly, and monthly collation of reports

Requirements

• Fluent in Igbo language and any of Yoruba and/or Hausa
• Minimum of first degree, BSC/HND
• Minimum age requirement 23years
• Capable of using smart tools like a google sheet, real-time survey forms, CRM etc.
• Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office package especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to use a Contact Center solution is an added advantage
• Business writing skills for corporate email
• Interpersonal and relationship skills
• Being analytical and relevant work experience is an added advantage
