The case is between landlords and Lagos state Government.

So the Lagos State is an interested party- directly.

The highest federal court in the land has given its ruling.

The party at fault has had 8 year since 2014 to obey the supreme Court order. But keeps running around saying they are negotiating settlementfor 8 years.

Now the attorney General and police set up to implement the order, then Governor arrives 8 years late and tells them he is Chief Security Officer, but did not mention he is also the faulty party to the case.

Abeg, the state government should obey the law. Revoke 549 of the allottees, and compensate them for both land , building and lost economics. Hand the plots to the Shangisha LandLords.

Or make the LandLords an alternstive offer they cannot refuse. How can you be offering someone entitled to landspace in the range of N50million a plot in Magodo, alternative plots in Badagri where lands still goes for N500k per plot? Give them plots in VI and see if they will not accept even half plots.

If the CSP has obeyed the governor in this instance, then he has nothing doing in the police because that would be amount to insubordination to his superiors (the IGP) which attracts various degrees of punishments including dismissal from the service.
The Governor knows where to channel his grievances. Let's him stop demeaning his office and do the right thing!
