Please advice me. I need to get a product from a manufacturing company in China. The product is to be used for a start-up here in Nigeria. There are no funds to get the device now but would like to have one in other to make a presentation (because that's all that is needed right now to pitch to the investors) and since the business will be a long term business, the manufacturing company would be our source of acquiring the device in mass. Do i need to write a proposal or a partnership agreement deal with them and make them realize that they will be a major source of the business so that they can release the device? I'm confused here as to what to do. Please i need your advise as a professional writer inn other to know what to do.
