Job Title: Business Operations Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Liaison with Strategic Business Units, partners, and vendors to ensure the business unit is functioning efficiently and effectively. Responsible for maintaining service standards, customer’s feedback monitoring, measurement, and review
2. Establish and continuously evaluate customer user journey and accretion mapping (in-store and digital)
3. Review, build and execute Café One's membership framework to function. Monitor and ensure all accounts are tagged to Café one using appropriate DAO code
4. Weekly reporting to track and monitor trends in the banking and non-banking businesses, with specific focus on growth/decline in assets, deposits, total liabilities, customers onboarding, and revenue generated. A week-on-week comparison with concise explanation for changes in trend.
5. Monthly tracking of growth trends and provide insight using a trend analysis report for the DH
6. Identify, track and convert business opportunities (sales, products, income partnerships) and develop growth plans

Qualification Requirements:
• HND or BSc (Minimum of Upper Credit or Second Class Upper)
• Minimum of 2 years experience.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
• 28 years and below.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical and numerical skills.
