Yeah

Now about choppy is when you use a weak graphics card and try to play at a very high settings.

For example. You use GTX 1650 and try to play at Ultra Settings.

So screen doesn't play much role, is the graphics card. Though good screen is good so as whatever the graphics card render you can see it very well.
