No. It is not. They are on the same latitude with southern-US states and Mexico. Her high mountains alone would make it snow. It’s because they are not developed, that’s why we quickly envision them as a desert country. Even snow falls in Saudi sometimes. Snow falls in some cities in Nigeria.

All Arab countries in Euro-Asia zones experience snow.

My brother, you may be right to some extent but have you experienced cold weather before? No be Jos weather or Sokoto harmattan o. I mean real code weather. Ordinary AC that they put on 16 degrees in a room where you sleep, you tell them to ‘off’ it or increase the temperature. The cold does not care about clothes, except for a very very thick layer of clothing, it's advised to stay inside the car, and ensure the pipes are not blocked by snow, and periodically warm the car, every 10 to 30 minutes, and surround most of the car with snow, except for one door, exercising inside the car, also helps to keep warm.

What makes the cold very deadly, are winds. it's very risky to walk when there are both snow and strong winds.

That’s why they call it a forecast. It doesn’t work 100%. This one that happened in Pakistan was partly a fault from their met agency and the people trapped because the have weather forecast apps on their phones which they should have been checking intermittently but all the same, suddenly, weather can defy forecasts.
