The Nigeria Police Trust Fund, (NPTF) is owing 18 months staff salaries, amid allegations of corruption and incompetence leveled against its Executive Secretary, Aliyu Ahmed Sokoto.


Sources privy to the development said staff are demoralized and unhappy with the agency’s management.
