Buhari told us his future plan. Remember this is the Miyetti man. Remember this is the RUGA man. Remember this is the National Waterways Bill (to control our ground and surface waters) man. Remember this is the man accused by foreign observers of being behind Jihad (aka Genocide).

It is THIS man who told us that Traditional Rulers will be used by him. That means that Traditional Rulers will be on the side of THIS man. We know their greed and selfishness. Traditional Rulers (kings & chiefs) will be given money, lands and cattle in return for being an agent of THIS man.
