Did I say he did not build the team? Having a team this talented makes Rohr's inefficacy more damning. Why build a team if you don't have the tactical nous to deploy them effectively?

Sharap! He built the team.

Truth be told, Nigeria has the best squad in this tournament...

If the coach knows what he is doing, they should top the group, and sail away to the finals.

I don't know if it's sentiment, but they are the most interesting team to watch so far in this competition

Most players can actually play 2 to 3 positions comfortably if given the chance, just like what we saw today. Who would have believed ndidi will play these roles. Even Aina played as a right back.. Aribo de cover for ndidi as DM

Imagine Aina didn't really overlap today. Eguaveon knew Egypt would be playing from wing side.

That formation is wrong.

It's more like a 4-2-1-3

Kelechi is in the hole behind the striker. Like an Attacking MF or a False 9.
Exactly how he was deployed during his early career and was very much effective in the position as well. Having a free role to roam.

I loved the energy and aggression, especially with 50/50 balls. They played like a team that was given instructions. We could see that in how the ball always found its way to Moses Simon and how the midfield was choked against the pharaohs.

Apc and Buhari fail Nigeria as a failure nor mean say everybody na failure. This game is to tell you that Apc will never rule this country again. Nigeria will be great again

I am so sorry to say this, I don’t see The Super Eagles winning the Pharaoh. Except the God of Soccer intervenes

As a spectator, well understood. But as an official, it's a tad too downgrading to beg a player for a photo.
I do not see anything wrong with that move. Salah is one of the biggest stars in the world. Despite Egypt losing that match, he stiil took picture with Salah. That is to tell that the picture was not taking because he felt inferior but his personal love for Salah.
