I am not here to boast about how hard I have suffered from this my small time on earth as a Nigerian from a humble family. The truth is, I am not proud of my predicament. I am here to seek information on how to use the one thing I haven't monetized before. I'm not interested in heaven or hell. I have checked every suffer-head hustle list since I was a child. I have worked with my head, hands, legs and muscles. Yet nothing. Allow me to try with my private part, perhaps it will pay my bills in private and shield me from future financial encumbrances.

Here's my little history.

I once sold water tied in transparent white nylon at Central market Kaduna. I sold mango, groundout, Moi-Moi, cashew and pepper cow skin (Tombora otherwise known as pomo). All these were done between the ages of 7 - 14.

I and my siblings have to work twice harder to maintain a balance between our education and selling to support the family income.

At 15, I was in JSS 1, I would go to building sites and beg for work. I got some with a plumber (very convenient for my age) no heavy lifting and I was paid daily (N500) even though I resume 3:00 pm. I believe God showed me, love. At the age of 17 or so, I graduated from this job to fetching Woods for carpenters to digging gutters and serving bricklayers (N1500 a day). After work, I would buy food, pain killer and transport myself to and fro. The take-home was poor but I continued until my health couldn't take it any more. I fell sick and almost died but God showed up.

After the health battle, I enrolled in a computer school. Got my training right and entered the labour market. In my mind, I now have a special skill better than my old Man-Waka hustle. The first job pay was 25k a month. My transport and feeding were N19,500. Hmm...

I stopped after a while and began my journey into the printing world. I started learning CorelDRAW and Photoshop. I became good and employable. My living condition still hasn't changed much, So I started freelancing. Getting gigs is not easy. The Little Ones that come are not stable enough to make me financially buoyant.

Like I said earlier, I am not proud of this predicament. Only me, my family and a few people close to me can attest to my dedication to a legit job/business. But there's a saying that goes thus: if what you desire does not come through, you make do with that which does.

I am not a graduate. Here is a list of legit jobs I can do:

*Microsoft Word typesetting
*Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator)
*General Printing (Publishing, Posters, Brochures, Flyers, Almanac, Banners, Tshirt, Faze caps, Product Branding, Signage etc).


However, I have a brother who is a graduate (HND with PGD from Kaduna State University). I believe he will support me if this job pays well.
