Ajanlekoko = (Dog pursuing Hyena). Hyena in Yoruba is ikoko. But I think it should have been the other way round because If any dog smells Hyena’s urine or hide, the dog will either run mad or simply drop dead. In the North, someone once told me that armed robbers go with dried Hyena’s hide (skin) whenever they’re going to rob any house that is secured by dogs. The moment the dogs smell the Hyena’s hide, most of the dogs drop dead instantly. 4 Likes 3 Shares |
