There are various scenarios of criminals able to withdraw money from the victim accounts,and others fraud related issues.

But there is still a concept am not yet clear about. If a third party was able to lay hands on your BVN,would he be able to order and withdraw loans with your details?

Nop, the only way money can leave your acct is through the numbers in your ATM card, in Connection with your sim card
