Giving God all the glory for every good thing in their lives, Popular Nigerian evangelist, Julius Omotayo and his beloved wife Peace, have held an exclusive covenant naming ceremony for their son, Oritsewehinmi, which means God is my backbone.

Held at their residence on the 7th of January, 2022, and captured with beautiful photos and videos, the evangelist couple with their baby celebrated with family, friends and great men of God from Living Faith Church- Akinwa Zone, under the apostolic leadership of Bishop David Oyedepo.

The Omotayo's christening ceremony became a scriptural testimony that God creates and visits his own people to replenish the earth, as in Genesis 1;21 and Genesis 21, while Luke 1 and Matthew 1; 21, confirms how God expects us to give names with Covenant obligations.

The Covenant naming ceremony was anchored by representatives of LFC- Akinwa Zone including Pastor Sunny Chiwuzoh, Dr. Benard Omoyeni, the Ogunseyes and Pastor Adereti, who delivered the word of exhortation, highlighting parents as mere caretakers

"We are only caretakers, God is the owner. And as caretakers, God expects us to take good care of what belongs to Him, and the way we train them will determine the way God will relate with us. So parents should teach their children in the way of the Lord, and not allow them imbibe some characters from society and bend them while still fresh"

"Give your child names that have to do with scriptures, dont just name your child anyhow. When a name is called, a spirit is invoked, God forbid it is a bad spirit"

Sharing awesome testimonies of God's mighty deeds all through their baby's 9 months journey, Julius was captured in a white shirt and black pants on white sneakers, complimented by his beautiful wife donning a white blouse on black pants and white sneakers too, with baby Oritsewehinmi also wrapped in white cladding.

One can recall the couple visited the Ikoyi registry last year to legalize their union to the glory of God, and in the sights of men, been witnessed by close relatives. And following the delivery of their divine bundle of joy on New Year's Eve, dozens of family members, close friends, church members and Winners Soldiers of Christ, including Daniel and Victoria Dominion, Opeyemi Olayemi, Caroline Okeke, Isioma Emmanuel, Odueko Bolaji, Bukola Osunah were in attendance to celebrate these servants of the Most High God.
