RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate leads and exceed sales goals.
Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
Maintaining customer's relationships and tracking sales data.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

Requirements and Qualifications.
Should have the knowledge about investment and real estate
Minimum of Three (3) years of experience in similar role
Interpersonal, Self-Management, and Leadership skills
Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
Must be goal-oriented, able to deliver on assigned tasks within a specific period
Proven work experience as a sales executive
Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
Qualifications: OND, HND and Bsc

We are looking for a professional consultative Marketer, with strong Business Development and Account Management skills to join a Management Training Company.
Preferred sectors of sales experience: Management Consulting, Training, Market Communications, Marketing, sales, similar industry etc

Customer Relationship Management, Customer Recovery, Tracking daily customer sales transactions and trade performance and ensuring all customers complaints, concerns and questions are prioritized and promptly resolved_

*BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS*:
Experience in sales, marketing is required
Experience in a TRAINING company is preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
