How To Start A Business And Grow It To N100billion by Adoyi88: 10:28am On Jan 12, 2022
I bring you good tidings...

In the ancient city of Abeokuta, there is one restaurant named Aveecol Ewagoyin and bread, located at Jide Jones Okelewo, there only sells one thing, and one thing only

Ewagoyin,....

...and we are so committed to it,...

our vision is to be able to create an ewagoyin-eating-society

where all can have a pack of Ewagoyin and bread all pack together..

Would love to say this, in America, they also have ewagoyin, yes, there is Ewagoyin business in America that is globally $100b
.
.
.

You heard me well, one hundred billion dollar business,
.
.
.
"Pause*...

Well, is not exactly ewagoyin, They all it pizza,
You can call this "Oyinbo Ewagoyin"

this delicacy was local as at 1960s, not known by Nigeria or other countries

but then, someone decided to capitalize on pizza, and boom

today pizza is a house hold name all over the world...

The only difference is that, this guy's knows how to specialize on ONE aspect of a product,

Back home in Nigeria, we have a lot of food in Nigeria that we can also capitalize on, popular among these foods are: garri, cassava flour, ugwu leave, egwusi, ogbono, yam, potato, groundnut, palm oil, crayfish, kulikuli, potato chips, chicken, beef, ewedu leaf, porridge yam, cassava chips, potato chips, plantain chips, onions, tap water, sugar, salt

..among others....

Unfortunately, we haven't seen any one who has really capitalize on these products apart from the SUGAR and SALT,

The rest product listed above, there are no names attarched to them,

For instance,
when you mention garri, what name comes your mind?

Nobody...

When you mention Palm oil, what name comes to mind...nobody ooo...

Ok now let's mention SALT

what name comes ur mind?

Dangote right?

Now you Gerrit,,

it's time to take one category and specialize on and then create a brand with that product.....Do it well so that one day when they mention that product, unconsciously your name will come to their minds

The fact is this,
Pick any product listed above, it could be garri, crayfish, kulikuli, cassava chips, plantain chips, or palmoil and then create a brand with it,

and think on how to sell it to Nigerians and later abroad

And when creating a brand with the above listed categories make sure you think globally.

Is not a crime to start small, but don't stay there...it could take you many years, but keep moving, you Shall arrived

And remember this

You were not only created for your family but your neighbours, not only your neighbours but your locality, not only your locality but Nigeria, and finally not only Nigeria but the world in general, think big, start small, and invest in acquiring knowledge,

And lastly improve your business, go with the flow, digitalize..

Thank you for reading
