Do you understand the meaning of communion to begin with?

God never asked anyone to starve body of food for his sake, so your 40-day fasts are against God - Isaiah 58 - however, to eat communion is to take an eternal oat to bind your soul to God's judgement as far as the Kingdom of God is concerned and if you don't understand what that even means as far as eternity is concerned, then I suggest you pick up a copy of the Gospels to begin reading of what you have set yourself up for by your actions.
