Jonathan had better intentions with his policies to replace a portion of wheat with cassava in breads.
The money was to encourage cassava Farming but at least the intention is clear.

Election don dey near now. I dey pass where this rice dey almost every sunday if i dey go church. I just wonder and shake my head for this our government. The rice has been there since last year ooo. Na now dem dey unveil am. Dem load rice like house, rice still cost.
