To your first statement, yes the later offence ( as a political office holder) is worst than the former offence and that is the reason he was asked to step down.

He is still better than any of us here be it Malami or Buhari. The issue is about interference in the case of the traffic incident even though he complied and paid the fine.

Here malami is sending rogue policemen to a Chief Justice house and then denying it and till now they are still joking around with the case. Shudnt malami have resigned or been sacked??

Sounds like typical Nigerian government official behaviour. Break the law and then start making 'calls' to people above. These are the kind of people that could drive on BRT lane and slap LASTMA officials trying to stop them.
