Hello house, please I'm trying to pay for my sister's school fee through form A and I saw the comment on the stage column in the TRMS portal "REJECTED ADB REVIEW" what could be the reason for this? And what is the way forward.

Please help a brother the deadline for payment is fast approaching.

I did my biometrics at Abuja Tls on the 13th and got an NSF to provide work references on the 28th, I responded on the 1st with the said documents and got another NSF mail on Sunday 6th of February, this mail did not ask for anything just said the application has not been straightforward and all.
I am really worried. Has anyone gone through this before? And what would you advise I do?

If you NSF mail did not ask for anything, then just know they are doing a background check on you they are trying to very some document you have submitted, how soon you get response depends on what they are looking at and how soon they get the information they are look for

2 work references, an internship letter, NYSc discharge certificate, degree certificate, transcript, Neco( documents used in obtaining a CAS)

You need to visit the bank to find out. Adb review is the first stage after applying on the portal.. Lot of banks are complaining of low fx at the moment, those that are willing are promising 2-4 weeks. You need go around banks to know wch will allow you to meet up with deadline, if not, prepare yourself for the black rate.

It’s possible, as long as the whole money has not been refunded they will refund the money to each account used for the payment, it may take time but you will receive your money. You can email or call to remind them

i once cancelled my application DEC 18,2021 was told the refund may take up to 28 days( working days) that's approximately 6 normal weeks, after 28 days if i do not get a refund, i should contact them,,, i was already preparing to contact them when i receive the refund, it was 26 working days. GTB dollar card , so you should count the days that has past if it is up to 28 working days, you should contact them if it is more than 28 working days, they will tell the exact situation.
It is possible for the UK card refund to be faster because it is local card.

How do I complete my brother's tuition fees (he was just granted visa for his postgraduate programme in Northumbria University, Newcastle) using the Form A? Never done it.

If it's not letting you proceed without a UK address, get someone in the UK to help with it - you'll need to authorize the person to do this or or send an email the the email address listed (might take slightly longer though).

Good pm house, please i did my biometrics at ikeja january 19th, and its past 15working days already, so i sent a paid email today and i was told that the decision has been made. I just want to ask if anyone has had a similar experience and how long it took before application later moved too VAC

Mine too is 19 vi tls and decision as been made since Monday and it hasn’t still moved to vac till now.

Just as mimi said, use someone resident here. The report of your immigration history will be sent directly to your email address.
