I got my visa today and I wasn’t sent a link for the Ihs payment. I think maybe I will still pay one way or the other one they waived me I don’t know oo. My husband is a normal tier 4 student.

Is like their system is working against them now and for foreign students, keep the money and play the waiting game. I have a feeling that they will not contact you to pay since you have gotten the visa already but still keep the money

Ofcourse, many of us didn't write it. Your WAEC should should suffice, or get a document from your undergraduate University affirming you studied the degree in English.

Add it o. Add all the money remaining (remainder of tuition + living expenses+small Jara to cover fluctuations in oanda).

Just about starting UK masters application for my wife with me and 3 kids as dependants.. Wifey graduated 2011..been teaching since then. . Her passport is expected middle March.

1. What are our chances if funding is not an issue
2. Can we still meet up with September resumption if we start late march or early april

My dependant (child) passport will expire by October 2022, do I need to get a new passport for the child since I will be applying for visa most likely by April 2022.

Hope this is not too late. Avoid that airline please. They are not organized. On Thursday I was supposed to fly with them, I was on the queue when they suddenly announced the plane is moving and they can’t attend to anyone again. Fights almost broke out between the remaining passengers and the staffs. I missed that flight and had to use Emirates last minute. The agree to only refund abt 60% of the money I paid or I book another flight. Hence If you have already booked please get there 3hrs before the flight and check in. I got there abt two hours earlier than my flight and it still wasn’t enough.

I have offer from them too for Msc Intelligence, Security and Disaster Management for September 2022 intake.
Here’s a breakdown of my payment:
School Fees - £14,700
Scholarship- £2,000
So I have £12,700 to pay
Deposit is £3000
So the £9,700 balance you pay 50% during enrollment ( you can talk to the bursary dept about this) then you spread the remaining balance till January 2023.

Guys I have been in the uk for just 2weeks and I can tell you that you really need to be prepared financially and emotionally. This student japa route is not for the weak. It’s not cheap and it’s not an easy journey.

This might be to the guys/gals still seeking admission or has offers already. Please before you accept that offer that has a deposit of 1k or 2k read the terms and conditions very well, understand what happens after the 2k deposit. Wether you would require further deposit before enrolment . Understand the payment plan options and all.



With this guys please let’s us not see this educational route as sure japa means of we have not planned financially and otherwise. It’s not cheap to survive here. Another thing is that be sure that 20hrs work can never pay for your tuition balance.

Some people are already even before one year turning to illegal immigrants. Please I beg let us be guided and have a proper plan from Nigeria. This land is a land of “Mind your business “ and “On your Own” . All man for himself. Na only your family fit help you here and it has limits.

I just hope those who come here to ask 'which school has the lowest deposit in UK are listening ?
A lot of people choose Sheffield Hallam not because the school is cheap but because they have the lowest deposit. They forget that 50% of the total fees must be paid on enrollment and the balance paid 4 months later.
Before you choose that school, look out for their payment plan please.

Click on the Form. There’s usually a quote there stating why it was rejected. So what you need to do is fix it

You need to visit the bank to find out. Adb review is the first stage after applying on the portal.. Lot of banks are complaining of low fx at the moment, those that are willing are promising 2-4 weeks. You need go around banks to know wch will allow you to meet up with deadline, if not, prepare yourself for the black rate.

The process has nothing to do with Banks. CBN is in charge. However, The ADB REVIEWER Moves to ADB_Supervisor before it’s get approved which you will then print the Form and take to the Bank you selected for processing. You people need to stop putting your mouth in what you know nothing about. You’re misleading people

It can’t fall short until after your Visa has been issued, Or to be safe after you’re in the UK except you’re using the money to pay your tuition or get BTA Fee

This is what I did with my cousin,

The day it was moved to VAC I checked online on DHL site I saw that it left for PH around 7pm and the next morning I saw that it left PH around 4am the didn't say to where. So I called their office in the state where my cousin stays and they said it is on the way which was yesterday. Meanwhile the expected arrival time was Monday. So I asked my cousin to go to their office around 4pm and ask them. They told her that they were still on their way and confirm to her that it must arrive their office yesterday evening and they will now sort it out for dispatch against Monday. I told her to wait for it to arrive she was there till 6pm yesterday when it arrived and she signed it.

My suggestion go with valid id to their office it is probably there. You have done that first thing this morning but go there and don't wait for them.

I did same with them for my bro 2 years ago. So go there unless they don't have office in your city or maybe you are at work and can't go there in person.

How do you get the Tracking number and when do you start tracking? When the Portal shows it’s been transferred to VAC or After it’s been received by VAC?

You’re not doing it right. It doesn’t take this long. Confirm if the Form already has a Form Number, Click on the form in the Portal, Scroll down to the last part and you’ll see a small summary box of Supervisors giving a Note on your registration. If it shows approved. Download and print then take it to your Bank.

I just got my offer from Teesside this morning with 2k scholarship, if it can't take them that long to give offer, one should be ready for 8 months before CAS will be issued.

Hull on the other hand offers very low tuition (£11,000)!

Their shakara just dey start... Chinese, Indians Indonesians and many other nationals (in their large numbers) are applying to them and they're trying to cope with the large applications. So, don't feel like they hate us from Nigeria, dia wahala na the many people to attend to at the same time.

Here's my little advice, It's best you apply to schools that respond faster to applicants. Schools that have found a way of accommodating the number of applications that are coming to them.

It's best you apply to schools that respond faster, probably because they have a way of accommodating the number of applications that are coming to them.

I swear i can't be stressed by Teesside, i am sticking with NTU.

People shouldn't be carried away by Teesside payment plan, the tution is quite high, e.g i got 8500 per year fee minus 2k discount = 15k -4k deposit = 11k to be spread for two years.

Whereas NTU tution is 15850 for the same 2yr Course - 3k deposit - 3k discount - 25% or 50% or 2000 scholarship ( depending on your luck), then pay the balance in oct and feb.

Getting Teesside CAS is 20% on top your own money.

Where did you get the numerous BVN You’re using. A code will be sent to the email attached to your BVN in the first Phase of your registration. If you find out the email showing up is not correct or you don’t have access to it anymore, Go to the Bank to change it before 12 Noon. It’ll be updated within 24hrs
