A group within Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, named "Concerned PDP Members in Osun" has written a petition to the party's Screening Appeal Committee seeking the disqualification of an aspirant and party's 2018 gubernatorial nominee, Senator Ademola Adeleke. In a petition signed by Akin Adeyi, a retired DSS officer, the group levelled on Ademola allegations bordering on fake identities, biographical inconsistentencies and misleading academic record.
