Hello everyone, Can one use an email different from the one used to submit a visa application to schedule biometric? Because I tried multiple times to use gmail to book biometric but the activation mail has not been sent for more than 30mins now, whereas when a yahoo mail address was used to book, the activation mail dropped instantly in the yahoo mail box. It was the gmail address that was used for the visa application. Please advice. |

I have checked out colleges like Centennial and it did REQUEST for my passport ID... Tnx guru, guess I need to check other colleges that r within my limit then. I do appreciate your response sir. quote author=Osemigho post=111265495] Depending on the school and program, it will likely be between May and August. You should check and track your desired program and school webpages to know the exact dates. Some winter programs may be full already. All the best. You should not need a passport for admission to schools in Canada.[/quote] |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by Omiinii: 9:39pm On Mar 22, 2022 |
No it won't. Basically they can't release your personal information to persons they don't know. Next time use the email you used to process your application. Wealthh: |

Hello makano, I was denied Canada tourist visa in 2009, and in 2015 I was denied us tourist visa both based on 'not convinced I would return after my visit' it was my inlaw who processed the US visit visa and honestly not sure if he declared I was denied Canada visa, cos I was never asked and he may not be aware, this happened in 2015. How do I know what was filled in my application.? I tried in the past to get details of that application but he couldn't remember a thing. I intend to declare both refusals in my SP application but I'm kinda worried what information that was saved in my US refused application. Please advise makano: |

WiZiggy: You have to declare these refusals otherwise you risk being banned for 5years 1 Like |

You dont need to declare your refusals from any country. Just list your Visas only and i did the same on my application and only declare my visa from Germany, China, Australia and Turkey. I have my student visa already WiZiggy: |

WiZiggy, don't let this person put you in trouble. When the form ask you if you have been previously denied Visa to Canada or any other country, please tick yes and give details in the comment box provided. No let online stranger make you loose guard. jeggfav: 4 Likes 1 Share |

If it's PTA you get cash, but for student upkeep, my friend got theirs using their account in the country they're in. Not necessary to open dorm account Semtu: 1 Like 1 Share |

Goodevening House, Please I have couple of questions, I really need clarifications. 1. Must my proposed course of study relate to my current work? For example, I am a tax administrator but I want to go for Supply Chain Management and Logistics, although is a Postgraduate Certificate Program. Will this limit my chances? 2. I just read about study gap, I finished schooling 2017 but I have been working since then. Will this study gap also hinder my chances? Thanks in advance, waiting patiently for a response. |

Please I've already submitted my application but I noticed I checked on NO instead of YES when I was asked about been denied of visa from another country or territory... Because I've applied for a UK standard visa lately last year and I was denied though till date I'm still yet to know why(those an agent was involved) and also on my Canada application they asked if I've done IELTs before I checked on NO instead YES I did IELTS but my band score was 5.5 so my thoughts was this thing might not be necessary... Please what can I do asap to amend this part as my application is still on background check I submitted my application on March 1st and did biometric and updated March 9th and my school is resuming by MAY...and I joined this platform about 2weeks ago.. Please what can I do asap ?? Please I need help I'm really begging please , please people of God @Frankrobbn1 @Teemenzo @makano @Anon123 and others ... I need serious guide I don't mind paying for services I'm at my last edge of hope, I've been praying to God for this to work and I know he will do it and that's why he strucked my heart with this so that I can make amendment before the final decision comes up... I've spent so much on trips and I don't want to end up with the same result WiZiggy: Anon123: |

What were your CGPAs for 400 and 500 level? If they are cumulatively above 4.0/5.0, then you can focus on schools that use the CGPA for the last two years of study. If not, you may want to focus on PGD as previously mentioned. Kosizo: |

The issue of IELTS is not a big deal. You can leave that out. As for your NO response, I will advise your send a letter of explanation via webform immediately. Explain the UK refusal and state the period, even if you don't have the full details. Then explain how you made the mistake and how you noticed it. Treasure134: |
