Actress Mercy Aigbe has reacted to a controversy trailing her romance with her new man, Kazim Adeoti. 




The actress tried calling in during TVC’s Your View this morning but could not reach one of the show’s anchor, Morayo Afolabi-Brown, and so sent in a text.


Mercy Aigbe who was trying to clear the air on controversy surrounding her new romance, sent in a text after she couldn’t get through to Morayo.
 

“I just want to clear the impression, Adekaz isn’t Lanre Gentry’s friend,” Afolabi-Brown read out Aigbe’s text to the viewers of the show.

Recall that after Mercy made her relationship with movie marketer Adekaz public on Jan. 23, her ex-husband Lanre Gentry who has already remarried, took to Instagram to share a throwback photo of him and Mercy as a married couple posing with Kazim "Adekaz" Adeoti and his estranged wife Funsho Adeoti.




Lanre added in the caption: "At last I thank God the truth is out this is just one out of many to God be the glory. I don't need anyone's comment please."
