WHY BLAMING NLC FOR N50,000 CHARGES FOR CAESARIAN OPERATION ( CS )AT GENERAL HOSPITAL, MINNA.

Mallam Usman Yahaya, so, it is NLC that must be blamed for everything? If a child coughs it is NLC that must be blamed. If a child has diahorrea, it is NLC that must be blamed. If the ambulance in Minna General hospital breaks down it is NLC that must be blamed. Haba!

Nigeria Labour Congress under the leadership of Comrade Yakubu Garba is doing it best to alleviate the working conditions of civil servants in the state. If you are charged N50,000 at General Hospital , Minna for Caesarian Section ( CS ) operation or N10,000 for normal delivery, you should blame the government and not NLC, please.

The high cost of health delivery is the reason why organized labour in Niger state is planing to key into the CONTRIBUTORY HEALTH INSURANCE SCHEME. The seriousness of organized labour in Niger state under Comrade Yakubu Garba regarding the issue of high cost of accessing health care services explains the reason why a roundtable discussion was organized by it in December 2021 at Idris Legbo Kutigi conference hall where stakeholders brainstormed on how to make good health care services available and affordable to not only the civil servants but entire people of Niger state.

In view of this, Mallam Usman i want you to correct that impression that organized labour should be blamed because your wife was charged N50,000 at General Hospital, Minna for CS operation or N10,000 for normal child birth. You should blame the government, not NLC.
