Professional Waiter/Waitress

Job Responsibilities of a Professional Waiter/Waitress :

Greeting and welcoming customers to the restaurant as they enter.

Providing guests with a menu and proposing regular specials.

Providing excellent customer service for each guest entering the establishment.

Ensure a clean environment and proper arrangement of designated tables.

Actively maintaining an immaculate dining space for guests by clearing away empty glassware.

Deliver all food items to tables in the correct order and to the appropriate customer

Periodically checking in with allocated tables to ensure a pleasant guest experience.

Responding to customers enquiries and feedback.

Requirements of a Professional Waiter/Waitress

Applicants must possess a minimum of OND certification.

1-2 years of proven experience in the same role in a hotel or related industry.

Good customer service abilities

Excellent command of English Language.

Great attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential.

Applicants must reside in or around Surulere.
