Use Betnovate C. Apply the cream on the affected area after taking your bath morning and night until those acne disappears. This may take up to 1 or 2 weeks.

This is one of the reason I prefer using my clipper than using Barbers own.

The causes of this stuff is clipper. Proper cleaning must be done with hot water and dettol after use.

@HeDied

You have work to do if you want it to go on time. You have allowed it to grow too much

You need hot water and dettol

You are to use cotton wool to clean it atleast 3 times in a day or as many times as you can. Exact the hot cotton wool (hot water and dettol) on the spot from time to time

After that, apply damatol cream. Make sure it is damatol because of the way it peppers

Bums does not like hot stuff. Do it and thank me later. Don't peel or scratch it with your hand

Here's what stoped mine:

1. Pluck a few leaves of fresh bitterleaf, wash off the dust on it (if any), roll the leaves and sqeeze them between your finges or palms to get their juices flowing (DO NOT wash off the juice from the leaves) then use the leaves to scrub the area with the rashes. Do this every day after you take your bath in the morning and at night. The rashes will start drying up after two to three days. Don't pop any of them, the liquid from the rash may spread the infection. Apply bitterleaf until they all dry up and disappear. This solution can also prevent and cure aftershave rashes in the chin, neck, armpits, and pubic area.

2. Wash your pillow case(s) regularly (every week at least). Add savlon or Dettol antiseptic to the water used to rinse the pillow case. Otherwise, the rashes may return due to bacteria passed onto the pillow case from your sleeping on it with the rashes on your head.

3. Start sleeping on your side (do not face the ceiling while sleeping). Lying face-up cause the back of your head to sweat at night and may interfere with the healing process.

4. Shave your hair regularly to ensure that area gets enough air.

5. Get your own clipper, ensure the barber sterilizes it before and after shaving your hair/beard.

6. Stop carving the back of your hair (around the area with the rashes), microcuts from the clipper may cause it to comeback.

I hope it works for you too.

Abeg, make una forgive any typos wey una see for this reply. I dey bus when i see this post and was compelled to help. I fit forget if i say make i reach house before i reply.

P.S.
I see some comments saying clipper is the cause of this infection. That's not entirely accurate. In 2009/2010, i got these rashes from using the pillow of someone who had them. I'm guessing contact with the liquid from the rash or sweat from the area around the rashes is what spreads the disease. Bitterleaf cured mine completely.

Newyorkitis:
I believe it is treatable medically or traditionally.

It is contracted often from the hair cut saloon because people love to look super duper by shaping and carving the nape which is very fragile.

The nape is very fragile compared to the forehead when it comes to shaving and carving of styles.

You could be right, brotherly. A lot of people don’t know what you just said.

The last time I shaved or carved my hair was in 1996. I just barb, with my clipper, my normal barbing (no style) Jeje and go home.

100 % confirmation.

It is caused by in-grown hair. The clipper has nothing to do with it. Sometimes someone can help you to release those in-grown hairs with a clean needle.

Also, stop shaving that area completely. Tell the barber to blend the area rather than completely shaving it.

Epiderm is the best treatment for bumps.

Vaya Smooth too helps. For ingrown hairs o. I suspect it’s ingrown hair.
OP should just dab it on the affected areas and leave the areas to dry. He would just dust the dried and dead skin off the next day and the ingrown hairs would be seen standing out.

I have seen this happening to people that in some cases, they grow to become a big obvious growth. I don't want that to happen to me please. I don't even know what it is called in English but I have applied some ointments to treat it but none seems to work, rather it is spreading the more. Something that came out one is now spreading to what it is. It would look as though it is dying/dead only to resurface again with serious itching from the inside. This started since last year.

Please suggest the way out for me. Thanks for all your contributions in advance.

Change to a new clipper. Don't cut around that side anymore. Just barb, don't carve it

It's caused by curly hair growing inside of your scalp as a result of cutting too low. The hair follicles irritate your scalp and hence the bumps.

Go look for Epiderm cream (in a blue tube).

Apply it religously on the keloids and they will eventually go away. And stop tlcutting clise to the scalp.

Speaking from experience. Good luck.

1) Get ketaconazole shampoo use twice a day to wash your whole scalp

2) Get clindamycin capsules a good pharmacy will give you the best dosage

3) Also get Antifungal tablets from a good pharmacy.

If it doesn't reduce visit a dermatologist. When I had it these were the drugs prescribed. Mine was more serious than this I had to take injections on my scalp every week I went to see the dermatologist.

I treated it myself after I got tired of spending

This is all you need

If you can do what I will tell you, believe me you will give God Almighty the Glory. Let it be known to you that I’m talking from experience.
Firstly, going to hospitals or surgery may not eventually solve it. At times, it makes the matter worst.
Secondly, what you need to cure it are very cheapest things you can get easily.
More so, you will need someone that doesn’t scare.
HOW TO CURE…..
Get salt , red palm oil( original), and new razor blade. Mix the salt and the red oil together(like 2 tablespoons of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil).
You will use the razor blade to cut it to the surface, then apply and press the mixture of salt and oil to the area. Note that it will bloody and very painful when you apply the mixture. And after some minutes the blood will stop and the surface will be dark. And it will be healed after 2wks and you will not see it again…….
If you want more confirmations and explanations you can call me on 08158155712 or 08027155522. God see you through in Jesus name. Amen

It has happened to me and I used izal mixed with methylated spirit and local sulphur mixed with funbact A. You ground the yellowish local sulphur and add to the funbactA and mix properly in a container. You buy a cotton wool make a nail hole in the izal add verybfew drops of izal and spirit on the cotton wool then use it to wipe the surface morning, afternoon and night. Then apply the mixture of funbact a and sulphur.if it itches don't touch with bare hands use cotton bud soaked in the mixture izal and spirit to scratch it. It will dry up and the skin will pill off. After a week of regular treatment continue with only metylatef spirit and the sulphur plus funbactA mixture. Don't cut your hair too short and don't shape your hair at the back. Get a personal clipper.

Use ekaun/potash to scrub it open at night and leave it there to drop up. Wash it off by morning. It'll heal and never return. I had it but this cleared mine. Ask someone to help use potash to scrub it.

You better treat it.

This was exactly why I left one rich pastor guy in 2013.

Though he later got rid of it after I left him. Don't know what he used though.

Just Google treatment for keloid bumps. Also stop rubbing it because the fluid will touch other parts and the thing will keep spreading.

Modified.
On closer look, they look like ingrown hair. Maybe your barber needs to change the angle he places the clipper when cutting your hair.

Get an aftershave and apply anytime you have a haircut.

Una go just dey look for opportunity to lie.

Dear Op,

I had this and tried treating with several creams recommended by people all to no avail. In fact it increased. I visited the hospital and the treated it including injecting them which worked for about 2 weeks and after a while they came back.

Luckily for me, one day as I was in cold stone to get ice cream, a man behind me tapped me and said he used to have this and spent over 200k in treating it but to no avail until someone recommended funbact-A cream of just N300 and it worked. Same way I spent so much including my barber recommending so many expensive cream all to no avail.

I’m summary, I bought it and applied it and in less than a week they all dried up and disappeared. I will recommend same to you and thank me later. Though once in a while I do notice them trying to come back and immediately I apply the cream, the disappear. So I always have it handy.
