I watched one interview of former Germany Minister of Defense or so. When the presenter asked why Germany keep on selling arms to Taliban, his response was, those weapons were produced to make money.

The presenter further asked, are you not aware that the Taliban are using the weapons to kill innocent people?

The minister response was, I was only a minister of Defense not minister of morality

In the event of total break out of war, most of the battles will be aerial, and on the sea, ballistic missiles, nuclear weapons, atomic weapons, on a warhead, shell from one country to the other, there will less of battle on land, unfortunately more than 50% of the planet would be destroyed with the use of these deadly wepaons.

It will be a mutually accepted destruction (MAD), that's all if free and fair in war time, use any weapon in ur Arsenal.
