MaxInDHouse:

Sons are creatures of your kind that comes into existence through you either by birth or other means. Job 38:7; Psalms 82:6
So speak for the god you know not that which another nation worshiped for centuries only for Arabs to start claiming they know Him better than the original worshipers. smiley

Don't avoid the Questions!

Where did the Hebrew God say He has sons?
May you tell us how the sons were born?

Same Jews that wanted to stone Jesus in John 10 abi?

I quoted what his prophets penned down and you're still asking, why not read the quoted scriptures? smiley

SPTruth:
Yes, believing in Jesus makes one saved, for it is written in Romans 10:9
[9]Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart believe that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

But what does it really mean to Believe?
The Amplified Bible puts it in the best way, Romans 10:9

[9]Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

Believing means adhering to, trusting in and relying on Jesus Christ. Believing is not a one-off event rather it is a continuous event. Believing is not what should be done once only in the crusade ground or by the church altar where you gave your life to Christ. It is to be done everyday and the fruits are to be evident in our lives. When you give your life to Jesus, and believe in Him, the Holy Spirit will take charge of your Life. When you declare that Jesus is your Lord, you mean He is your President, Oga, Commander of your life. You are making a statement to the world that it is Jesus that you will obey not the world or the devil. For it is written, he who you obey, that is he who is your master. When you Believe in Jesus, you obey his commands in extension showing you love Him. Even when you err, you will be quick to run back to His feet and ask the Father for forgiveness of sins through His Son Jesus Christ, and also ask for the Grace not to sin again, and He is faithful to answer your requests.

God is calling us today to Believe in Him not with mouthy talks but through our actions. Let us ask Him for the Grace to refuse to take bribes, commit sexual immorality, tell lies, and indulge in other vices because we believe in Him.

God wants you today to Believe that your help doesn't come from stealing, lying or fornication, but it comes from the Lord who made Heaven and Earth.

May The Holy Spirit of God continue to guide our hearts and lead us to the point of believing and relying totally on Jesus.

nope it does not, but to a certain extent,

reading from Romans 10:8-10, something must accompany your believing, And as you noted in your write-up, a child can believe or her parents or guardian, does that means that child is saved,

Now back to topic, believing is one thing but it's the confession part that seals everything,

if thou shalt believe in thine heart, and shall CONFESS with thine mouth, thou shalt be saved,

it goes further to clarify it's clearly that with the heart, man BELIEVE onto righteousness, and with the mouth CONFESDION is made into salvation,

Hence one had to confesses his/her believing, before he/she can be saved,

THANKS
