Until the northern commoners wake up, there is no hope for this country. Not with how well the north has positioned itself to rule.

Unfortunately the feudal system of the north is designed to centralize power in the hands of the few, while keeping the majority wallowing in ignorance, poverty, and need. You can only rise in power through birth and family affiliation.

It’s a well oiled machine right from the time of Dan Fodio and cemented by the subservient nature of Islam.

Revolution truly needs to start in the north.

It's clear that the problem of Nigeria is the three major tribe of Hausa Fulani, Igbos and Yoruba. If Nigeria must get it right these tribe must not be head of the presidency.

There's no Nigeria without those three tribes.

They made Nigeria what it is today - both in good and bad ways.

Fake news ke, the northern Nigeria states are not bleeding, the last news tread from the area showed me we have powerful and heavyweight political gladiators from the area clamouring for the Nigerian government presidency for 2023.

Maybe because the killings and maiming have not reached a proportion that will destroy political calculations of the northern Nigeria landscape. Or, maybe the so called politicians are unconcerned with these killings as benefitiaries of the killings and effects.

Anyway, the Nigerian way of thinking does not follow western education patterns.

We only hope for peace and progress in Nigeria.

I feel if possible half of the budget for Northern states should be for security. A full blown war should be declared on the terrorist, stop nomadic rearing of cows, secure the Northern boarders and educate your people to give birth to children they can cater for also almajeri should be banned.

Which of the primitive tribes can produce a suitable candidate for presidency? Have forgotten how woefully Jonathan, a local man from the primitive tribe of Ijaw performed. And you cannot see How Wike is behaving like a thug and a village head. Don't you see how your governors run your states . The attitude of ministers from your primitive and uncivilised tribes is always that of a stooge and puppets in the hands of whoever is the president. Have seen Amy great personally from your primitive enclave not having been helped to attain such a feat by any of the 3 major tribes? Even from the beginning. Jonathan would not have been president without Obasanjo unwaning support.

As a result of this, the people in the north eastern part of the country can now sleep with their two eyes closed.

Only the truth will stop these killings, if we like we can go round and round and up and down, we are just deceiving ourselves. The killings will stop when we begin to love ourselves more than foreign cultures, religion and foreign religious bodies and their doctrines. Human being is a rational being should be governed by sound thought, reason and logic...a people that follows blindly without questioning might fall into a bottomless pit. This is what happens when religion is above our life, that of our family and even our villages and towns, this is what happens when man loose his senses to religion. Religion is for man, not the other way round. Let us look deeply we will see across Africa, 75% of violence and killings is on the premise of religious extremism, this should tell us something. Even Arabs and Europeans that brought us these religions are controlling it, but here the religion controls people like zombies.
