Just like I promise, here is the Part 1 of my tutorial on how to make money on facebook by creating a custom fanpage for facebook lovers, companies, local business and organizations and suck money out of them.

This strategy is still relatively new so you can cash on it before you have many competitors. Without much ado, let's drive in.

Now -­‐ From my experience and from a BOATLOAD of research, I have found that building Facebook fanpages is by far the BEST
way to get your foot in the door with small businesses.

Local businesses[b] KNOW[/b] Facebook is a powerhouse and if they are not currently on Facebook, they KNOW they
need to be!

It’s your job to step in and help them get there (and in the process, collect a $197 check). :-­‐)

Here’s the deal:

Most Internet Marketers who try and get local clients FAIL.

You know why?

Because most of them are approaching the WRONG types of small businesses. Selecting the right small business is
just as important as selecting the right niche!

For me personally, and from what I’ve heard from other successful Warriors who hit the offline market: I don’t like to
approach small businesses that are related to the medical industry or the legal industry.

Why?

Because these types of businesses (dentists, orthodontists,lawyers, chiropractors, etc) get absolutely BOMBARDED with
sales messages ALL DAY LONG by SEO companies.

So they definitely have their guards up much more than others. I personally take the road less traveled (and it pays off)!

These are the 5 small business types that I focus on:

-­‐ PLUMBERS
-­‐ ELECTRICIANS
-­‐ AUTO REPAIR SHOPS / MECHANICS
-­‐ ROOFERS
-­‐ PAINTERS
-- And Other Small Local Businesses

And I suggest you focus on them as well if you want to make some REAL offline $$$.

Those 5 types of businesses work so well because:

1) There is typically NO gatekeeper. HALLELUJAH!

2) They aren’t afraid to spend money on advertising.

3) They still have a relatively high customer value (meaning they earn quite a bit per service that they perform).

4) And last but not least, they KNOW they need to be on Facebook and they’re willing to pay $$$ for it!

Now, with all said and done; how do you create a custom fanpage for the above mentioned niche and others and cash-in on them. I will show you how to do that in Part 2 and will also give you the fanpage templates for the above named niche and others for Free. These templates cost about $95 but you will get it all for FREE!.

I dont get it. What is actually the difference between the customed facebook page you listed and this uncustomed Just Have Fun page .i.e www.facebook.com/justhavefuns
