Wow good of him indeed. He can even achieve better by the time he shades off some weight. I am 62 (old Lady) and working towards that. Currently with no extra effort l do achieve "50 Press-Ups". I am targeting 70. I noticed with. Every additional weight loss it becomes easier. Please people should realize that our number one enemy in keeping fit and living healthy is WEIGHT. So always work towards lossing weight so long as your BMI (Body Mass Index) is no below 23. Ideal BMI should be 24 - 25. Google to know how to calculate BMI. But here is one { Body Weight ÷ (Height)² } (weight in Kilograms & Height in Metres) it should give an ideal range of BMI of 24-25. Hope l made some sence (l am understood).
