The family of Timothy Adegoke would have been jubilating today because the Abuja High Court on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 granted the prayers of the renowned Human Rights Lawyer, Femi Falana to transfer the murder case of Timothy Adegoke to Osogbo High Court.

This was made known through the Official Page of IBARAPA FM RADIO monitored by SOJ WORLDWIDE ONLINE NEWS, http://www.sojworldnews.com on Tuesday morning.
The information was also posted on the Official Instagram Page of Oriyomi HAMZAT.
"Yes, another glorious step in our quest for justice. As requested by Barrister Femi Falana (SAN), our Solicitor in the Timothy Vs Adedoyin case, the Court has granted that the case be transfered to the Osun State High Court in Osogbo, Osun State.
Adedoyin will not get bailed today.  The prosecutor of the case will now continue in Osogbo.
No retreat! No surrender!
