I know why I asked because I know someone who had AZOOSPERMIA (NO SPERM COUNT).
He also did not go to the hospital.

His case was even far worse because there was no single sperm atall in his seminal fluid and his seminal fluid was very little in quality.

He lived with this. Married with no single child.

But now 2022, he has 4 children now.

4 Children of his own.

This was someone they told he can never have children in life.

And nobody should come here and say, how are we sure they are his kids because they are all his children. They all look like him 100%. I mean IDENTICAL. He and his kids look so IDENTICAL. He also told me he confirmed with a DNA Test when they were born

I can remember him saying he took something that helped his situation but I can't remember what he called it anymore. Its over a year now.

How do i know all this?

Well, he is my Boss in the office.

And I'm happy for him.

I think the first step is to determine the type of the Azoospermia(Obstructive or Non Obstructive),if it is cause by infection or something else before you can talk of a drug.
Please visit a good fertility clinic.

Can you please ask him what he took or how he got thru.the process ?
