A civil construction company in Lagos needs a Personal Assistance with Minimum experience of 2-5 years in operations.

Duties:
· Conduct regular operational reviews and audits for preventive maintenance.
· Set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations
· Provide guidance to staff in resolving operational issues and problems.
· Ensure resource assignment, work allocation, training development and performance assessments are completed in timely manner.
· Conduct regular meetings with staffs to discuss about operational updates, ideas and issues.

Requirements:
Qualification: BS.c. in Mechanical Engineering or any related field. Must be strong People’s skilled, Computer savvy and Strong technical background.
Salary: 80,000 per month (Negotiable).
