VACANCY:
Job Title Information Technology (IT) officer.

Location: Ogun State (Ota)

Job Responsibilities:
• Setting up of computer LAN for new outlet while providing solution to IT related issues.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software faults remotely or physically.
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking computer equipment for electrical safety.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
• Restricting access to unauthorized site, downloads and users.
• Support the roll out of new applications.
• Set up new users, accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
• Prompt response to and prioritize/manage many open cases.
• Liaise with the company’s ERP management executive.


Educational Requirement:
• BSc/HND in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in similar role
• CompTIA A, N or X+ (Added Advantage)
• Knowledge in Java script/Oracle, HTML, SQL or other programming language
• Knowledge of systems engineering, computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repair and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WLAN installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
• Good interpersonal skills, should be able to interact with all staff across all level and cadre
• Creative, ability to multi-task effectively, Excellent attention to details
