I. DOCUMENTS
1. CALL UP LETTER (ORIGINAL + 3 PHOTOCOPIES) if you carry more than 3 photopies you are wasting your money.
2. DULY SIGNED GREEN CARD (ORIGINAL + 3 PHOTOCOPIES)
3. SCHOOL IDENTITY CARD (ORIGINAL + 3 PHOTOCOPIES FRONT AND BACK) you can photocopy all 3 front and back of the idcard on 1 A4 paper to save cost.
4. STATEMENT OF RESULT (ORIGINAL + 3 PHOTOCOPIES)
5. PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPHS ( 5 to 7 COPIES) dont be deceived to carry excess like 12 or 24, are you giving others to native doctor? 5 or 7 maximum is enough
6. FILE/CLEAR BAG (1)
7. CERTIFICATES/LICENSES (ORIGINAL + 3 COPIES FOR MEDICAL DOCTORS AND OTHER MEDICAL STUDENTS)
