Flexstack Technology Limited is looking for bright, highly motivated and disciplined Tele-sales and collection officers. They will be expected to provide excellent customer service to customers or potential customers on social media and other online channels, employ telesales or collection methods to close sales and recover debts from potential customers from online channels, market storms and activations and track leads to conversion of online leads customer funnel.

Job Description
Loan Collection Officers
1. Manages recovery of overdue loan
2. Contacting customers daily/weekly and informing them of their overdue loans.
3. Following up with customers daily/weekly on previous payment redemption date
4. Advising customers on the best payment options and negotiating suitable payment plans.
5. Responding to customer queries and escalating accordingly
Tele-Sales Officers

1. 1 year of experience in a telesales related role.
2. Fluent in English and one other native language.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with many different types of people
4. A person eager to grow and learn
5. Commercial acumen and ability to sell
6. Capacity to innovate and create new sales and marketing processes
7. Ability to build relationships and work in a fast-growing start-up environment
8. Drive to make every sale an excellent customer experience

Requirements
1. Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc qualification.
2. Previous experience in tele-collections, sales or customer service will be an added advantage
3. Strong Written, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
4. Strong command of English Language and at least, one other local or international language
5. Agile, Teachable and willing to learn
6. Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Attention to detail and strong Listening skills
8. Persuasive, sales/marketing and analytical skills will be an added advantage.
