Sovereignty is very important even for individuals not to talk of whole nations, if someone is the owner of something, maybe a business or anything no matter how small that thing may be, you don't go there to impose someone or something on him or her because there can not be two captains in a boat. Government can impose on every legal entity specific operating procedures and the UN should in turn do that for all nations after a mutual agreement at the appropriate levels.

The UN must state clearly a 'minimum' of how an independent state should be run.

1. All workers must receive wages into bank accounts acknowledged by government and from which a minimum agreed upon percentage will be taken as income tax.

2 Nobody should earn income under the table without being taxed because this is what makes large economies seem small. People earn income high enough to build a mansion in two years while working in the informal sector in unorganized nations.

3 The UN must find a way to make sure that the natural resources of the Earth not earned or worked for by anyone like fresh water, oil, gas as well as the resources in the vast oceans etc are appropriated in a way that no one is left without. These resources should be classed separately and appropriated by the United Nations. Any resource should be able to be moved into this class by general agreement once someone is able to point out why.

4. Any one should be able to move to any country to go and find work since workers will be the source of revenue for the government in a well organized world. It is only if the globe is not uniformly organized that you need to control immigration. National passports should only be to update national data base. Before the industrial era, different empires sought more people and lands by means of war and diplomacy. We should return to that but without wars. We should use only diplomacy and stop when it has failed.

6 The UN should encourage that all the languages and cultures of the world be preserved and kept in constant use.


For nations

1. Everybody should be deemed equal. Give the same space and respect to your President as you would to your driver.

2 The revenue from any place where more than one person is working should not be under the unrestricted control of any one person whether or not he or she is the sole owner of the business because not all entrepreneurs understand that workers rank above shareholders.

3. All resources in a nation belong to the nation and by extension the whole world. This includes businesses, workers and etc. Ownership by human beings should be nominal and merely for accounting purposes.
