The presidency should deal with the Minister of petroleum because this matter has gotten out of hand...oh wait...the president is himself the minister. Wahala!

The only good thing to come out of this useless Buhari Regime, has just been rubbished! Now, Buhari cant boast that there was no fuel scarcity, during hsi regime.
This one ys even worse than under the PDP, as the adulterated fuel is destroying people's Vehicle and no end in sight.

Buhari has appointed incompetent Mallams to head the NNPC, now the foolish Melee Kyari is lying to Nigerians and making excuses.
NNPC inspected those bad fule and gave it a pass mark, so this is pure sabotage and by now, if not for the Fulani ethnic affiliation, Buhari should have sacked everyone related to this dastardly act of poisoning our fuel system, from the Junior Minister (Sylva) to melee Kyari himself and others in the DPR as well.
But as a lawless country run by a Nepotistic weakling, everyything goes on as usual.

All this issue won't have happened if subsides had been removed and the market allowed to control pms price

1. There have been fuel queues in the buhari regime

2.The crisis has nothing to do with southerners or northerners running nnpc. Queues happened when southerners and northerners ran NNPC

It has everything to do with selling pms at 162 naira after spending over 200 naira to refine the same one liter.

Or in other words, selling pms at a loss. And paying a subsidy that does not cover the loss adequately because it can't

Allow pms to be sold at a profit then the crisis will end. That is what nnpc bosses, North or Southhave been screaming for decades now. Goveerment does not want to listen to them

Not true.

Even if the sector is fully deregulated, products would still need to be inspected before they are allowed into the domestic market regardless of if the fuel is produced domestically or imported...

The issue right now is one of glaring incompetence & fraudulent acts...
