I just want to share my story to the world.
When I graduated, I was so blessed that I didn’t hurt for job, before I got one. I was working in the bank and was paid well, within a year I rented an apartment and got married, things was falling in place and I felt on top of the world before I started gambling, how I started it, I can’t explain. I lost all my resources and money within two years, I was sacked eventually and life became worst for me.
I got another job and promised my wife, family and kids to be a responsible father, but the urge for gambling keep coming, I couldn’t control the urge, I lost the job again.
My wife believed am a good man, but I see myself like am cursed and it is not that am getting money from the gambling.
I am sick and tired of life, I am a failure, sometimes I feel like committing suicide, I have brought shame to my family and kids.
Please I need help, am jobless, money can’t stay in my hand, I will go to gambling shop and lavish it.

I use yo play virtual sport bet. One day after winning, I just told my self that, that was the last day. I am going to play Virtual and I will just be playing sport bet alone. I have stopped virtual even the sport bet, no dey move me again.

You need rehabilitation for now, not job

U guys should stop painting betting as an abominable act.
One problem u guys fail to understand about betting is
1. Don't take betting as an alternative means of survival
2. Bet wit what u can afford to loss. E. G. Let's say, weekends, if u are d type that spends maybe 5k for faji (5k depending on individual capability) that's spare money, u can bet wit some part of it, not using your transport and feeding money for d week to bet.
3. Never bet all d time but guys won't listen, they always bet every blessed day which is very very wrong.
In all, to me betting is fun.

OP it all depends on you,hear my own story.I was a Chronic Gambler,i played both Visual and Cions combined at same time From morning till night.Each Cions cost 1hundred naira plus visual stake,jst imagine what i spent everyday plus the standing,sweating,shouting plus mental exhaustion everyday.I starting matiating seriously,i got up on the 31st day of Dec 2016 looked at myself and swore never to play those Evils again.Till 2day hv nt looked back.
If i can do it you to can take dat decision,or if you wanna go d hard way just go to a juction and swear dat anyday u Gamble again let Motor hit you,i bet you wheneva u wanna gamble and Remember that swear fear wont let you do it.

Why didn't you go ahead with the suicide idea? That will save everyone of the trouble.

Even though I'm a born again Christian, I think you are suffering from spiritual attacks. We Christians tend to gamble more because our religion is very permissible and habours many bad acts unlike our Muslim brothers who are guided by the tenets of Islam.

You are just a chronic addict, what you need is intervention. Seek help, talk to a counselor or meet a pastor. Purge yourself out of it Before it ruins you. Don't see yourself as a cursed person it is your inner demons telling you that. Spend more time doing positive things, don't surround yourself with negative people. If you have friends that gamble or family members that gamble cut them off from your life immediately. Start going to church, attend more of life impacting seminars. Relate more with your kids and your wife trust me it will bring more positivity in your life. And finally Pray and ask God for forgiveness. If you do this with all your heart trust me your life will bounce back on track. Cheers

Its better to give your money to orphans and beggars than to gamble with it. Open up to your pastor and see a counsellor everyday.

You are your own help. The pain and disappointment should be your guiding principles. Your wife and kids that still believe in you should be your strength.
You must stop gambling or at least regulate it to the bearest minimum.

God is the surest way.
Pray to God to give you the Grace to stop.
Also, Try and read your Bible when the Urge comes.

Listen to the Lord's Chosen program online, God of Chosen will remove that addiction and give you a very good Job.
