Good morning to bosses in the house.I and a friend of mine had an argumentI have a question to ask .T student was the best in a school but the second best student x in terms of cgpa overtook the guy and was rewarded and was officially presented as the best student . Now the previous best student T overtook her in the penultimate semester .Now, who should be awarded the overall best student. Recall that they are both in their final year and they are to sign out before their final results which means that there could be changes again.Now who deserves to be the overall best student on the graduation day?.would it be fair on the other guy if he gets to overtake the guy again but lost out on the award?.*NOTE student T was not rewarded as the best because the session had not come to a close it was the first semester and some thing similar could happen because it's a close one.who should be named as the best and why?
